Neighborhood Lending Partners, Inc. is a recipient of an ERP CDFI Award!

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) has awarded over $1.73 billion in grants to 604 Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) across the country through the CDFI Equitable Recovery Program (CDFI ERP). These funds will strengthen the ability of CDFIs to help low- and moderate-income communities recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and invest in long-term prosperity.

Autumn Ridge Apartments

Neighborhood Lending Partners, Inc. is proud to partner with Landmark Developments & Real Estate, Palm Beach County and TD Bank to share the ground breaking of Autumn Ridge Apartments!

Autumn Ridge Apartments is a 106 unit LIHTC senior affordable housing development located in Palm Beach, Florida.

96 units are set aside for affordability. 16 units are set aside for individuals with incomes of 30% of AMI, 68 units are set aside for individuals with incomes of 60% of AMI, 12 units are set aside for individuals with incomes of 80% of AMI, 4 units are set aside for individuals with incomes of 120% of AMI and 5 units are set aside for individuals with incomes of 140% of AMI.

Unit amenities include dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer hook- up, microwave, ceiling fans, and patios/balcony.

Common amenities include a business center, fitness room, community room, dog park, laundry facility, grills, picnic area, bike storage, and a sport court.

Additional training and support includes Adult literacy, computer training and assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping and/or laundry, as well as 24-hour support to assist residents in handling urgent issues.

NLP is providing the $7,515,000 first mortgage permanent period loan and a $270,000 commitment of Capital Magnet Funds.
