This position provides general oversight and management for Neighborhood Lending Partners of South Florida, Inc.’s (NLPSF) marketing, business development and loan programs. Responsible for marketing the loan programs and the origination of the budgeted loan production. Also responsible for planning; marketing; business development and outreach. Reports to the President and CEO of NLP, Inc., NLPSF Board, Executive Committee and Loan Committee and coordinates activities managed and directed by the parent company relative to the company’s budgeting, accounting, and loan production. |
