Mission Statement

Neighborhood Lending Partners, Inc. is a non-profit mortgage banking corporation.  NLP operates as a lending consortium to facilitate private investment and improve opportunities for community growth, community revitalization and the preservation of neighborhoods.  Through its member banks, NLP offers flexible financing for affordable housing and community development.  Through its products, programs and services, NLP strives to lessen the burden of government by working with public agencies to achieve maximum leverage of public and private dollars, as well as providing technical assistance to project sponsors.
