Single Family, Townhomes and Condominiums: Construction financing for homeownership properties with a percentage of affordable/workforce set asides.
Commercial/Retail/Office Properties: Economic Development loans for construction, acquisition/rehabilitation and permanent financing of properties located in certain areas targeted for revitalization, empowerment zones, distressed/blighted communities and/or community redevelopment areas. This product includes mixed use and residential properties.
Land Assembly: Financing for land acquisition of parcels to be developed into a qualified property (offordable housing and/or economic development properties).
SBA 504: Financing of commercial properties located in empowerment zones, enterprise zones, low to moderate income neighborhoods, ot other areas targeted by local governments for redevelopment. Approved project types include commercial, franchises, manufacturing, retail and services properties where the owner occupies at least 51% of the space and, in some cases, 60%.
Condominium Conversion: Financing for acquisition and rehabilitation of multi-family rental complexes to be converted into for-sale condominiums, with a percentage of units set aside as affordable/workforce.
