NLP provides access to a private loan pool ("Member Loan Pool"), funded by the members of the various affiliates, as well as loan pool of government funds ("CDFI Loan Pool"), funded by a combination of local government State Housing Initiative Program ("SHIP") funds as well as a federal Community Development Financial Institution ("CDFI") grant. The Member Loan Pools are intended for first mortgage loans only while the CDFI Loan Pool is intended for second mortgage loans. The loan programs listed herein have been approved within the funding parameters of each respective loan pool.
