Neighborhood Lending Partners is pleased to announce our partnership with Paragon, also a CDFI in Florida. We have signed a contract with Paragon to provide technical assistance to borrowers applying for The Riviera Beach CRA Small Business Opportunity Fund. We are excited to kick off this loan fund and look forward to a great relationship with our new partner.

The goal of the Riviera Beach CRA Small Business Opportunity Fund is to provide loans to small and minority owned businesses in Riviera Beach. Special consideration will be given to restaurants and cafes with plans to locate at the Marina or businesses located in the CRA's redevelopment priority areas along the Blue Heron, Broadway and Old Dixie Highway corridors.

Paragon provides technical assistance to businesses who wish to apply to the loan program. Services offered include assistance in areas such as marketing, management, finance and strategic planning. All businesses must meet eligibility requirements.
