Joe Goldstein is the newly appointed Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer at NLP. He is responsible for development and maintenance of all credit and lending policies and procedures and reviews all new loan requests, loan modifications and/or extensions of existing loans to evaluate feasibility and adequacy of the proposed loan structure. He also provides ongoing credit risk monitoring for advisement of the President, Sr. Lender, Loan Committee and Member Banks to include quarterly loan activity, quarterly loan status reporting on classified and/or criticized assets, and annual loan reviews on all outstanding loans. He also manages all the credit staff including the credit analysts, the Compliance Reporting Administrator and the Chief Underwriter for NLP. Joe has significant experience working in the credit administrations area, most recently serving as Regional Credit Manager for Synovus Bank of Tampa Bay. In that role, he was responsible for the overall credit administration function of a $1.2 billion bank and supervised eleven credit analysts and an internal review appraiser. Joe has a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio and he is a Certified Bank Auditor. |
