Road sign that reads: 'Welcome We're glad Georgia's on your mind'

Dear Fellow Bankers and Community Supporters,

In spite of COVID-19, NLP has had a very successful year. We have been very fortunate managing through the COVID-19 pandemic with minimal disruption in our operations. NLP has settled into a hybrid of work-from- home and in-office work environment which keeps employees working at a safe distance, and keeps productivity up. We have been able to retain the best parts of office culture while becoming more streamlined and efficient.s the pandemic becomes less of an issue, conference rooms and meeting spaces will become more vital, as we need collaboration and interaction and community engagement to retain relevance and stay engaged. According to Forbes, "Flexibility" will be the new mantra, where people will be given more freedom to choose work from home. Some professionals actually missed the commute and cherished their in-person connections, so the new normal will be increased flexibility.

NLP's mission is to be flexible, innovative and find solutions for financing and services that serve disadvantaged communities. It is the same communities that we have always served that have been the most negatively impacted by COVID. As we are experts in the field of finance, and excel at innovation and flexibility, updating and improving our general program offerings is the most impactful way NLP can serve its mission.
