Emerald Villas — Orange CountyNeighborhood Lending Partners, Inc. is proud to partner with and provide underwriting services for Orange County Government and The Related Group for the development of Emerald Villas. Located in Pine Hills near Evans High School in Orlando, Florida, Residences at Emerald Villas will provide affordable housing for households earning between 50% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Monthly rents for a two-bedroom apartment start at $1,306. The development received significant public investment, including $2.5 million from Orange County's Affordable Housing Trust Fund and $4.5 million through the federal American Rescue Plan Act. Emerald Villas is the third affordable housing community supported by the County's Affordable Housing Trust Fund to open this year, following the completion of the 192-unit Whispering Oaks and 156-unit Barnett Villas. The project was developed by Related Urban, the affordable housing arm of Related Group, in partnership with the Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, and reflects ongoing efforts to expand affordable housing opportunities through public-private collaboration while supporting long-term neighborhood investment and revitalization. The Enclave at Canopy ParkNeighborhood Lending Partners, Inc. was proud to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony at The Enclave at Canopy Park in Orange County, Florida. This amazing property provides 104 affordable homes serving households earning 22% to 80% of the Area Median Income. The Enclave at Canopy Park was developed by Archway Partners and Orange County Government with support from Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Bank of America, Citi Bank, Kimley Horn, FK Architecture, Pike and underwritten by NLP. |

Welcome Juan RamirezNeighborhood Lending Partners, Inc. is growing and warmly welcomes Juan Ramirez to our team! Juan will be handling general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations, and grant accounting for the organization's HUD-funded programs. A recent graduate of the University of Tampa with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance, Juan brings hands-on experience from Raymond James Financial and iGas USA. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Juan is a first-generation college graduate dedicated to supporting NLP's mission of lifting communities through accurate, reliable financial stewardship. |
